No Bad Questions, Only Not Smart Ones

In this day and age, where someone is just one Google search away from getting their answer, it is incredibly important to ask question the right, and smart way. By asking smart questions, it helps not only you to get the answer you need as fast as possible, but also promotes a sense of community. They give people something to talk and discuss.

Looking at an example of a smart question:

Smart Question.

Although it’s short, I think this is a good example of how to ask smrt question. First, the title states exactly what they want. Then they explain what they do understand about the topic to give more context about why they asking the question, And finally, restates the question after giving the context. I know that this question is easily answered through a simple google search and looking up documentation about this topic, but the way this person was able to ask this question, in my opinion was very effiecient to finding the answer they needed.

Now an example of a bad question

Not Smart Question.

Here, user Walker asks a question about JavaScript, in which they want to remove an item from an array. In my opinion, this question is very generic. This seems like they are asking this question because they are stuck on homework or seomething. This person also could have done more research before posting this question, as I think there is already an answer to this question readily available with a little research.
